IV. Hemodialysis Center

The Hemodialysis Center was approved by Depart-ment of Health with 27 beds for dialysis. The artificial kidneys are to be thrown away and will not be repeated. Each bed is equipped with a TV set for comfortable and complete medical services on acute and chronic renal failure patients. In addition to regular hemodialysis treatment, we also provide plasma exchange, hemoper-fusion and continuous hemofiltration as well as special dialysis treatments for acute intoxication or acute renal failure. |
V. Surgical Department
- Clinics:
Regular surgery, plastic surgery, orthopedics, and urology surgery
- Regular Surgery: Laparoscopic surgery and digestive operations, consultation and operations on obesity, di-eting, various hernia and thyroid gland diseases, breast diseases, varix, ulcers and tumors of gastrointestinal tracts, liver disorders, operations on galls, spleens, and pancreas.
- Special Clinic for Breasts: Breast hardening, pain, in-flammation, ultrasonic examinations and photo examina-tions.
- Large Intestine/Anus Surgery: Large intestine/rectum tumors, colonoscopy, anal fistulas, anal fissures, mal excrements, blood excrements and hemor-rhoid.
- Plastic Surgery: Burns, electric injuries, skin planting, body odor, anastomosis for arteries and veins, opera-tions, scars, joint operations for broken fingers and palms, and rebuilding of injuries.
- Orthopedics: Fractures by external injuries, dislocation, joint pains, arthritis, replacement of artificial joints, spiral and wrist pathological changes, rebuilding of external injuries, joint disorders of children, marrow inflamma-tion, and rectification of deformed bones.
- Urology Surgery: Urinary tract tumors, hypertrophy of the prostate, kidney stone, vesical calculus, hematuria, frequent urination, disability to control urination, urinary tract infection, cryptorchidism, prepuce, scrotum edema, male sterility, ligature and sexual function disorder.

- Cranial Nerve and Spinal Surgery: External injuries on brains and spines, brain blood vessel disorders, tu-mors and central nervous infection, degenerated spinal disorders, treatment and consultation to long-term ache on neck and lower back, injuries and pathological changes on polyneuropathy such as treatment on wrist syndrome and hidardrosis on palms and armpit, degenerated cranial nerve pathological changes such as Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease.
VI. Internal Medicine Department
- Clinics: General internal medicine, cardiology, gastro-enterology, kidney, nerves, thoracic cavity, infection, and endocrine.
- Gastroenterology: Abdominal ultrasound, colonoscopy, gastroscope, Endoscope Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography, esophagus vein ligature. In addition, we are now devel-oping alcohol injection for liver cancer, PEG, esophagus pressure meter and 24-hour monitoring on acid.
- Cardiology: Electrocardiogram, echocardiography, 24-hour electrocardiogram, 24-hour blood pressure recorders, temporary and perma-nent pacemaker surgeries, and complete catheterization equipment.
- Thoracic cavity: Bronchoscope, pulmonary functions, chest ultrasound and pleural biopsy.
- Kidney: Hemodialysis, plasma exchange op-eration, hemoperfusion, continuous hemofiltration and kidney biopsy.
- Infection: cryotherapy
- Neurology: Electroencephalogram, EMG, evoked po-tential examinations , carotid duplex, transcranial ul-trasound, neurological psychological tests.
- Encorcine: thyroid ultrasound examinations
VII. Emergency Treatment Department

Attending doctors are available 24-hour a day—one each from internal, external medicine and pediatrics. The senior resident doctors are at the front line service to im-prove the medical quality. Moreover, one attending or senior resident doctor from gynecology, dentistry, oph-thalmology, otolaryngology and neurology departments respectively is standing by 24 hours a day. |
