- Lie in bed for eight hours without a pillow or raising head
- Eight hours after surgery, you can eat liquid-soft-dry rice
- One to three days after surgery, it is better to lay straight but not lying with your head blocked up.
- After surgery, if you cough, vomit or sneeze, you should press the wound with your hand.
- Stitches are taken out one week after surgery
- Don’t exercise strenuously, carry heavy things or bend forcefully
- Develop regular living habits to prevent from constipation or cold
- If there is any protrusion, you should come back to hospital immediately
