- The patients who had local anaesthesia should lie in bed without a pillow or raising head for eight hours
- You can eat from fluidity, soft rice to dry rice after releasing flatulence
- You can get off bed in the first day after surgery
- If it is only appendicitis without any complications and infection, the surgical dressing does not have to be changed. (When the patient is inserted with drainage tube, the surgical dressing should be changed everyday)
- The stitches are taken out 7 days after the surgery and then you can leave the hospital
