- Eat and drink too much at one meal.

What are the common symptoms of pancreatitis
- Abdominal pain and reflex to the back /
- Vomiting.
- Abdominal distension
- Fever, Palpitation, blood pressure lower down.
Treatment
- Fasting temporary: fasting period depends on patient’s condition.
- Stick gastroscope to suck gastric juice.
- Intravenous injection for nutritional supplement.
- Take anodyne.
- When hospitalised, draw blood for a test.
- Surgical operation.
Special notes:
- Go to a doctor immediately when symptom becomes impetuous.
- Food and drink:
(1) Impetuous period: fasting first.
(2) Recovery period: take a little non-fat fluid substance gradually until normal food and drink.
(3) Keep low fat food and drink for frequent patient.
(4) Don’t eat and drink too much at a meal.
- Confined to bed.
- Live a regular life.
- Take medicine on schedule after leaving hospital.
- Outpatient trace periodically.
- If there is abdominal pains, vomiting or fever, please go back to the hospital.
