- Patient should continue to use crutch until he/she returns for re-treatment.
- Until plaster, contact material, and surgical stitches on wounds are completely removed, then patient can take either bath or shower.
- Patient should continue to take exercises, such as stretching, lifting, and cycling, in order to keep elasticity and functions for muscles on legs.
- Patient must not drive until his/her legs are stored to their normal activity functions.
- If you don’t feel any discomforts, then you may start working. However, you should remember to lift wounded limbs for rest.
- Must not take trenuous exercise without doctor’s permission.
- If there are such conditions as bellows, please return for treatment immediately:
(1) Any infections: increasingly repressed pain, red swelling, fever, or increased secretions.
(2) Trenous pains.
(3) Hurt knee for tripping.
(4) Feeling pain or uncomfortable then unable to expand your activity range.
