Click on “Pre-registration” buttom from the left menu list. Click on “Registration” (1st button) button from the registration main page. Input your ID and birthday, and then click on “check ID” button. Choose the clinic you are going to see and click on the name of the clinic. Choose date and doctor you are going to see and click on the name of doctor. Click on “ok” if you are sure about the registration. If you like to print out the pre-registration information, click on “print”. You are done! TOP
