Frequently Ask Question

Mouse left-click on "pre-registration" on the top of the menu options. Choose your clinic in the drop-down menu and click on "query." Choosing your clinic and time, click on the physician's name. The following page will show the current pre-registration number or the pre-registration is full. If it is not full, typing your ID, then you are done with on-line pre-registration. Also, you can print out a copy of the detail of your on-line pre-registration.

Mouse left-click on "Message Board" on the top of the menu options. Go to buttom of this page, you'll see "post a message" link. Click on it and you are ready to post a message.

Mouse left-click on "Hospitalization" on the top of the menu options. You'll see the links for each department, and then click on department which you want to know.

Mouse left-click on "Contact Us" on the top of the menu options. You'll see the contact information, or you can post a messge for us directly. Just leave your message in the message box but remember to leave your contact information, so we can reply your answer as soon as we can.
