This activity guided seniors to nearby temples, promoting physical activity through walking and allowing them to find peace of mind in a familiar community environment. By connecting with local faith and observing temple culture, the activity supported seniors in rekindling past life experiences and religious connections, while also enhancing communication and social interaction, and strengthening their sense of belonging to the community.
