- Application for Disability Assessment: After the physician completes the assessment, the assessment form should be submitted to the inpatient department located on the first floor of the outpatient lobby during office hours.
- Outpatient Service Closure: The outpatient services at this hospital are closed on national holidays, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Typhoon Policy: In the event of a typhoon, if Taoyuan City announces a suspension of classes and work, the outpatient services of this hospital will be closed. However, the emergency department will remain open as usual. All patients with scheduled appointments on the day of the typhoon will have their appointments canceled uniformly after office hours, and these cancellations will not be counted as no-shows.
