Outpatient Process

1. Registration

There are two types of registration: appointment registration and same-day on-site registration.

Appointment Registration

Please proceed directly to the outpatient waiting area to await your consultation.

Same-Day On-Site Registration

  • First Visit Registration: Please complete the first visit form and bring your health insurance card, identification card, and any relevant proof of eligibility documents (such as a military ID, dependent certificate, veteran certificate, disability handbook, major illness card, etc.). Afterward, take a number from the waiting area and wait for your number to be called.
  • Please proceed to the registration window to complete your registration.
  • Follow-Up Visit Registration: Please take a number from the waiting area and wait for it to be called. Once your number is announced, proceed to the registration window to present your health insurance card for processing.

Please follow the procedure and wait in the outpatient waiting area for your consultation.

2. Pricing

The pricing process is detailed below:

  • After the consultation, please take a number and wait for your turn to be called.
  • Please proceed to the pricing window to make your payment and present the necessary proof of eligibility documents, such as a military ID, dependent certificate, veteran certificate, disability handbook, or major illness card.
  • After completing your payment, please follow the instructions to the pharmacy to collect your medication before leaving the hospital.
  • After completing the examination, individuals who are being admitted to or visiting various examination units should adhere to the doctor’s instructions regarding whether to leave the hospital or return to the consultation room for further examination and treatment.

3. Notes

  • Seniors aged 80 and older, active military personnel, individuals with physical or mental disabilities, and those accompanying young children (under six years old) do not need to take a number. They may go directly to the friendly service windows 1 or 2 for assistance with registration, pricing, and document processing.

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM
