Functions

Mission

To reassess the roles and functions that our institution should fulfill in the service area, considering the healthcare needs and expectations of the local population.
To discuss policies, guidelines, research, and development pertaining to community health promotion.
To organize educational and training programs designed to promote community health.
To establish performance indicators for community health promotion, monitor them regularly, and require relevant units to propose improvement plans if any anomalies are identified.
To illustrate the tangible outcomes of community health promotion, each member of the executive committee is required to submit regular work reports based on relevant performance indicators.
