Taoyuan Armed Forces General Hospital

This hospital has been approved by the Taoyuan City Government Health Bureau for the “Painless Colonoscopy Subsidy Program” for the year 2025.

1. Subsidy Period: This subsidy is effective immediately and will remain in effect until December 31, 2025, or until funds are depleted.
2. Subsidy Item: Painless Colonoscopy.
3. The subsidy amount is NT$2,000.
4. Eligible Recipients: Residents of Taoyuan City who meet the following criteria:
   1).Individuals who received a positive result from colorectal cancer screening between October 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, and who were aged 50 to under 75 at the time of screening.
   2).Those who received a positive result from colorectal cancer screening between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, and who are aged between 45 and 74, or aged 40 to 44 with a family history of colorectal cancer (including parents, children, or siblings diagnosed with the disease), are eligible for further evaluation.
5. Required Documents: Please provide the original and a photocopy of your ID card (both front and back), health insurance card, referral form (including the report), or a quantitative immunochemical fecal occult blood test report. A report from a colon examination is also acceptable.
