Inpatient Process

1.Outpatient Patients

Please complete the hospitalization registration procedures at the registration counter (Window 11) in the outpatient building and ensure that the hospitalization consent form is filled out. If you choose to be a confidential patient, the counter staff will implement confidentiality measures .

The admission preparation room will arrange pre-admission examinations for you. Once notified by the ward, the nurses at the nursing station will introduce you to the environment, provide information on inpatient nursing, and offer education on inpatient surgery, among other topics.

2.Emergency Patients

When the emergency physician arranges for your hospitalization, please take the hospitalization permit to the emergency registration counter to complete the admission process.

3.For National Health Insurance Patients

  • Patients are required to keep their health insurance card readily available.
  • If you are unable to present the health insurance card immediately, please ensure that it is submitted within three days of admission.
  • Failure to present the health insurance card may prevent the reporting of hospitalization medical expenses to the National Health Insurance Bureau, resulting in the patient being responsible for the full medical expenses.

4.Confidentiality Requests

If you would like to keep your hospitalization information private, please inform the registration staff during the admission process and indicate your preferences on the hospitalization consent form.

If you wish to keep your condition confidential from certain family members, please notify the nursing station or your attending physician in advance, and the hospital will ensure that this information remains secure.

Waiting for a Bed

  • If your physician has instructed you to be hospitalized for treatment, examination, or surgery, please ensure that your phone is available on the scheduled admission day.
