Emergency Department Process

Please present your health insurance card and identification at the emergency registration counter to complete your registration process.

1. Proceed to the triage station, where the nursing staff will evaluate and categorize your condition.
2. Move to the examination area for your consultation.
3. The doctor will issue orders for examinations and laboratory tests.
4. Take the examination orders to the emergency lab for testing and deliver the orders to the radiology department for imaging.
5. Return to the examination area with the examination report or X-ray films for follow-up.
6. Present the payment slip, medication slip, health insurance card, and exemption certificate at the emergency registration counter for billing purposes.
7. After billing, a receipt will be issued, and the hospitalization procedures will be initiated if necessary.
8. After completing the billing process and receiving your receipt, proceed to the pharmacy to collect your medication.
